Certificates and Psychiatric Evaluations
Medical certificates, concerning mental health or psychiatric evaluation, are provided after the person’s request, unless he is under legal guardianship, in which case a certificate can be provided after a scheduled appointment for a psychiatric and psychological evaluation.
