Nous Center offers psychological services and psychotherapy for children and adolescents.
We understand that every child is unique and that there is no specific effective approach to treating and supporting the problems that may trouble them. That is why we offer a variety of therapies based on elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, and therapies based on mindfulness. Our approach combines various and different fields such as Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology, and Special Education, to create a holistic treatment plan tailored to the needs of each individual.
We believe that early intervention is the “key” to addressing difficulties and encourage parents and caregivers to seek help if they feel they need it. We offer a safe and caring environment where children and adolescents can explore themselves and their emotions but also learn valuable coping skills and strategies for managing their mental health.
